Transformation

Submitted by admin on February 19, 2007 – 6:17 pmNo Comment

Successful endeavors are reached through well thought-out plans. At Diverge, we work with our clients to take a company inventory and establish a baseline of knowledge to launch a transformation strategy.

We research clients’ customers to learn where they are online and how they communicate. We build on current client PR activities that work and share our digital knowledge.

But research does not just include your customers and your business, it includes researching the best practices in PR today. We keep abreast of all the latest developments and implement them ourselves for our own campaigns.  Our wired side helps us to be able to recommend the best technologies to our customers. Avid readers of the latest in digital trends, we are not afraid to try new things. We take advantage of the Internet RSS feeds and search results from YouTube, Google, Twitter and beyond. And, we’re active in events that explore the changing world of digital marketing and PR.

Our research helps us to advise our clients on how to develop a strong foundation of technology and social media knowledge to attract new customers.  We experiment with our own marketing and transfer what works to the clients.  Ultimately, we provide our clients with a strategy that helps them to transform their communication efforts by helping them to create messages that resonate with their customers and engage in conversation.

In short, we work to find the things that will move our clients forward and brand them as thought leaders in the digital era. Now that’s transformation!
